Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions: -The purchase of a package of treatments is non-refundable and non-transferable. -Purchases must be redeemed within 6 months or purchase, or they will expire. Cancellation policy: We understand that life happens, and appointments sometimes must be canceled. If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know 24 hours or more in advance. If you are unable to cancel your appointment within that time frame, the following fees will be incurred: -24 hours or more in advance: No fee. -Less than 24 hours in advance Booking deposit paid or 1 session as part of a prepaid package (If you are trying to cancel your appointment within 24 hours before you set appointment time, we will try to offer you a different time slot on the same day that will work for both you and us in order not to lose out on your treatment. If you cancel within 24 hours of appointment time or are you will forfeit your treatment session that was part of a prepaid package. If your appointment is not part of a prepaid package, and cancellation is within 24 hours of appointment time, you will lose the deposit paid to book your appointment.
